Wegossipgh.com has earlier reported that the boss of GHAMRO and High Life Veteran professionally known as Rex Omar has suggested that the organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) to still maintain the ban on the two top dancehall acts in the country at the monent (Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale) so they cannot partake in this year’s awards ceremony.
This statement made by the Abiba crooner seems to didnt have gone down well with the one time BET awardee born Livingstone Etse Satekle better known as Stonebwoy.
In an interview on 3fm this weekend, the infuriated act had this to say about what Rex Omar had earlier said
“I believe he is the boss of GHAMRO or whatever it is. He has work to be done at GHAMRO. He can actually leave VGMA matter for VGMA except he is part of the board,” he told MzGee, the host.
This Year’s VGMA’s is expected to be held at the Accra International Conference Centre and to thrill patrons with performances from the various “hot” musically artistes at the moment
