Born Abubakari Ahmed but popularly known as Blakk Rasta in the Entertainment Industry has unveiled the tracklist of his yet to release album to the Media across the length and breath of Ghana.
Wegossipgh had the great honor to attend this album listening and must confess about the Exceptionalism of the album.
Divided into two sections, the album has an overall of 32 songs which have been subdivided and named “The Kuchoko and The Kuchoko Dance”. Songs from both sides of the album carries a message for the soul to feed on…
The uniqueness of this album which we believe would hit Hit the grammies and Billboard is that, it touches every aspect of the human life and have the organic rhythm of the Ghanaian culture fused into Authentic reggae sound.
With the Album Officially releasing on November 1st, Blakk Rasta and his team are touring all regions of the country to interact with the media and also support the young and upcoming talents. Speaking to us, he encouraged that every upcoming talent try and embrace the habit of cultivating self uniqueness and brand building rather than trying to pose like someone else… and that’s “sing uniquely, choose simple and authentic names for themselves and also dress uniquely”
Touching on other maters, he spoke about the challenges he had to go through during the release of “Barrack Obama” track which had a worldwide hit BUT faced a sabotage section as Authorities in government by then planned to swindle his fortune into the hands of “Other People”.
Well, to mention my favorite on the 32 songs album would actually be a hard decision for me after listening to em… I must say, it is the best of the best Authentic yet to be released album i’ve seen and have the courage it’d make it to the top of the world..
The Album is currently scheduled to be released on 1st of November 2019 But you could order on itunes and other online streaming plartforms.
