Award winning artiste, Ahmed Mujahid Bello
popularly known in the entertainment industry as Fancy Gadam has said
his latest song titled ‘Total Cheat’ that features Sarkodie is not
derogatory to women.
Since its release this past year the song
has received lots of criticisms from the general public especially
females who raised their concerns regarding Fancy Gadam’s song deeming
it as an insult to women and especially ‘born ones’.
Bolgatanga-based A1 Rdio, Fancy Gadam in his defense said his song is
not an insult to women rather it was centred on the realities of life.

award winning artist said what he talked about in the song was the
reality on the ground and the song was meant to advice ladies who
engaged in such acts to desist from it.
Asked if he has been in a relationship with a ‘born one’ as he famously referred to them in his song he said ‘absolutely no’.
song has a concept and that is my concept. The song talks about ladies
who deceive and lie about their looks and love life,” he explained to Lexis Drive, host of A1 Radio’s Sunset Drive.
He pleaded with ladies who have children yet are unmarried to sympathize and not take the song so literally.
Fancy Gadam is presently on a nationwide tour to solidify his presence in the Ghana Music Industry.
