Big Shark Would’ve Turn The Crowd Up Massively Than What Nasty -C Did – Francis Ayadago Writes

Big Shark

Just as a few percentage of the Ghanaian music lovers roll and dine with the music of South African Hip hop star Nasty C, the story actually looked very pathetic and different at the just ended Vodafone Ghana Music Awards show where many music lovers and fans gathered to celebrate our hardworking musicians.

The event, which was held at the Accra Conference Centre yielded massive turnout but unfortunately, you could  a number of people uncheerfully relaxed on their seats as they enjoyed nothing from his 10min performances.. It was very clear the majority  never had an idea of who he is not more his well crafted rap music.
Well, social media went on and on to under-rate the artiste calling him a waste and lost of value for money.

As a blogger, critic and music promoter, I hold the view Charter house made a wrong move with their choices of bringing down international acts to perform at events like this nature when actually could’ve opt in for our own “Mans not hot” worldwide hitmaker who over the months have lift high the flag of Ghana diaspora.

Big Shark has been very patriotic and loyal to Ghana since he made waves on BBC. Just last year, he was billed on the Nigerian music Awards to perform as international act appearance… Apparently, organizers of the vgma did not for once think of honoring or appreciating the works and zeal Big Shark is having for our industry.. Mostly, these are some of the stuffs I refer to us “Misplaced Priorities” . Is high time event organizers and industry players learn solidarity of the game as well and stop killing the interest of young talents for the industry… We might not know what went around the tables of Charter house concerning their call for artiste at the show but is very clear effort was never made to honor the Mans not hot hit maker..

We believe strongly he was going to turn on the event massively as far as crowd responds and impressions is concerned.
To be continued……
